Who we are

This website

This website does not have a contact form, does not use cookies, and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Its fonts and images are hosted on the site itself. Our website host keeps standard server records (such as your IP address, the pages requested, and the date and time) for security and fault finding.

What we collect when you contact us

If you call, text, message us on WhatsApp or email us, we receive the details you choose to give us. This may include your name, phone number, email address, the address of the job, photos of the property or garden, and details of the work you want done.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and give you a quote.
  • To arrange and carry out work, and to invoice and take payment.
  • To keep the records we need for tax and accounting.

We rely on these lawful bases: taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract with you, meeting legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in running the business.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the services we use to run the business (for example our phone, messaging and email providers, and our accountant) and where the law requires it. WhatsApp and Google (Gmail) have their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry. We keep records of completed work and payments for as long as tax and accounting rules require, usually around six years.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
